Conference on Perspectives for Economic and Social Progress

Date:
30/11/2011

In order to encourage the discussion on the predominant economical axioms and hence advocate innovative ideas and concepts, the Friedrich-Ebert Foundation called for papers on these matters at the beginning of this year. A committee has reviewed the submissions and selected two articles on each of the following topics:

1.     What is wealth?
2.     What are the sources of growth in the future?
3.     How do financial investments become real investments?

The papers will be presented at a conference on 30 November, 2011, commented by the committee and discussed together with all participants. The Friedrich-Ebert Foundation would like to invite you to join the conference in order to discuss, based on the presented papers, how we want to live in future.
