From August to November 2011, Katharina Helming (ZALF, Müncheberg) is visiting professor at the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research/ Chinese Academy of Sciences (IGSNRR/CAS). During her stay in Bejing she will further support the activities of the Chinese German Centre for Impact Assessment (CGCIA) which is jointly led by ZALF (Katharina Helming, Hannes König) and IGSNRR (Lin Zhen). She will also discuss opportunities for cooperation between IGSNR and LIAISE, e.g. through a WP6 test case in China.

IGSNRR is a large environmental research centre frequently consulting the government on environmental affairs.
