The Joint Research Centre of the European Commission in Ispra (Italy) is offering a number of water-related postdoc positions. These are part of the Rural, Water and Ecosystem Resources Unit and include the following topics:

• Modelling of water-borne diseases and chemicals
• Water resources optimization modelling
• Monitoring the marine environment of the Southern European Seas
• Water economics and valuation of watershed services

The provisional starting date for all positions is 1 September, 2012. Application is possible online before 9 November, 2011.
