The KIND research group from Telecom Ecole de Management organizes a conference "Organizations, Institutions and Innovation in the ICT sector". The central theme of this conference is innovation in the ICT sector, one of the few sectors in which technology co-evolves with a profound variety of actors – and involves a broad spectrum of sectors.

Stefan Werland from Freie Universitaet Berlin presented a paper on an impact assessment of possible regulatory approaches to increase the resource efficiency and the recycling of rare metals in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

The workshop organised by the Potsdam Institute for Climate Research (PIK) brought together researchers in the field of policy modelling. The researchers were informed about an open call in FP7 and discussed possibilities for future research in the topic. Klaus Jacob informed the participants about the LIAISE Network of Excellence.
